Amazon Recycling Disposal Inc.

By ordering or using our services, the Customer agrees to the following Terms of Service.

1. Weight and Overage - All rentals include a specified weight allowance. Any excess weight will be charged at $155.00 per ton (or fraction thereof) based on certified landfill or weighmaster scale tickets. Final weight is determined solely by the disposal facility. Weight may vary due to material type, compaction, or moisture, including rain. Wet or dry, the measured weight is final. Customer acknowledges that total charges may exceed the initial quoted amount and authorizes all additional charges.
   
   
2. Proper Use and Loading - Containers must not be loaded above the top edge and must be evenly distributed. Overfilled or improperly loaded dumpsters may not be serviced and may incur additional charges. Heavy materials (dirt, concrete, sand, etc.) must be placed only in designated containers. If a 10-yard container is unavailable, a 20-yard container may be used but must be loaded no more than halfway. Recycling containers must contain only the specified material (dirt, concrete, or asphalt). Mixed loads may be reclassified and charged accordingly.
   
   
3. Rain and Moisture - Customers are advised to cover loads during rainy conditions. Certain materials, including drywall, wood, and carpet, may absorb water and increase weight. Dumpsters are not watertight and cannot contain liquids.
4. Prohibited Materials - Hazardous materials (including paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, and similar items) are strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $250 will apply for violations, plus disposal costs. Tires are not allowed and will be charged at $25 per unit.
   
   
5. Rental Period and Cancellation - Standard rental period is seven (7) days. Additional days are charged at $25 per day. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Late cancellations are subject to a $350 fee.
   
   
6. Delivery, Pickup, and Access- Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup. Failure due to blocked access, overloaded containers, unsecured doors, or unsafe conditions will result in a $350 dry run fee. If Customer is unavailable or fails to respond at delivery, the Company may place the container at its discretion. Delivery and pickup times are not guaranteed due to factors beyond Company’s control, including weather, traffic, equipment issues, or landfill delays.
   
   
7. Damage and Liability - Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage to surfaces (driveways, curbs, sidewalks, etc.) caused by the container. Customer releases Amazon Recycling Disposal Inc. from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death related to the use or presence of the container.
   
   
8. Permits - Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for placement on public property.
   
   
9. Payment and Charges - Customer authorizes Amazon Recycling Disposal Inc. to charge all amounts due, including rental fees, overweight charges, dry run fees, extended rental, contamination, and other applicable costs. Signed agreements, photos, landfill tickets, and service records constitute valid proof of service and charges. Customer agrees not to dispute valid charges supported by such documentation.
   
   
10. General Conditions - Customer shall not move the container or allow unauthorized relocation. The Company may remove the container at any time in case of breach or if required by law. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges and termination of service.

Acceptance

Use of services, signature, or written confirmation (including email) constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
